Brief Introduction 

The machine is used for sticking insulation protection tape at the welding position of electrode and tab.

● The machine consists of the following parts: working station, feeding tape mechanism, pressing tape mechanism, cutting blade mechanism and taping mechanism.

● The feeding tape mechanism consists of cylinder, slide, clamp, servo motor, screw rod, etc. It is mainly used for feeding the tape into the taping tray.

● The pressing tape mechanism is composed of cylinder and pressure wheel, which are mainly used for pressing the tape.

● The cutting blade mechanism constitutes cylinder and blade, which is capable of cutting off the tape.

● The taping mechanism is composed of cylinder, slide, clamp, servo motor, screw rod, etc. It is used to move tape to the electrode.

● Manually place the electrode into the fixed position on the working station, press the foot switch and the tape is automatically sticked on the electrode.
